        4. SVEEP IV (2022-2025)

The envisioned objectives for SVEEP, as outlined in the strategy document for 2022-25, are as
        follows:

Increase Voter Turnout to 75% in Lok Sabha Elections 2024:

           • Achieve this by purifying the electoral roll of every polling booth.
           • Bridge the gender gap in enrolment and turnout.

           • Ensure the inclusion of all non-voters and marginalized sections through targeted
interventions, technological solutions, and policy changes.
           • Address urban and youth apathy in electoral participation.

           • Turn around all low turnout constituencies and polling stations.

Enhance the Quality of Electoral Participation: Focus on informed and ethical voting through
        continuous electoral and democracy education.

These objectives underscore a comprehensive approach aimed at not only increasing voter

turnout but also addressing specific challenges such as gender disparity, inclusion of
marginalized sections, urban and youth apathy, and low turnout constituencies. The strategy
aims to purify electoral rolls, promote inclusivity, and foster informed and ethical voting

practices to elevate the overall quality of electoral participation.
