accessible to all citizens, including persons with disabilities (PwDs). It incorporates

measures to remove barriers and enhance the participation of individuals with diverse abilities.

Focus on Special Interest Groups: SVEEP places special attention on specific interest

groups, such as first-time voters, women, and marginalized communities, tailoring
campaigns to address their unique needs and concerns.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: The Election Commission collaborates with various
stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations (NGOs), educational

institutions, and community organizations, to amplify the impact of SVEEP initiatives.

Multilingual and Inclusive Approaches: Recognizing the linguistic and cultural diversity
of the Indian population, SVEEP adopts multilingual approaches in its communication

materials to ensure effective outreach. It also focuses on creating an inclusive
environment that respects and acknowledges the diversity of the electorate.

By implementing these strategies, ECI's SVEEP program aims to create a more informed,

engaged, and participatory electorate, ultimately strengthening the democratic fabric of the
