23. Performance of Political Parties in SC
Constituencies in General Elections 2019
In general elections 2019, total 84 seats were reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC). Highest winning
margin recorded was of Sh. Hans Raj Hans of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who won by 5, 53,897
votes (39.48%) from North West Delhi constituency. Sh. Vishnu Dayal Ram of Bharatiya Janata
Party (BJP) won by 4, 77,606 votes (39.48%) from Palamu constituency of Chhattisgarh. Lowest
winning margin was recorded of Bholanath (B.P. Saroj) of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who won
by a margin of 181 (0.02 %) votes from Machhlishahr constituency of Uttar Pradesh. Details of
