3. Sukumar Sen Memorial Lecture: Fostering Intellectual Discourse:

- Inaugurated on January 23, 2020, this lecture commemorates the first Chief Election
Commissioner of India, Sukumar Sen.

- Revived as a 'Curtain Raiser' to National Voters' Day 2024, the lecture engages politicians,
media members, legal experts, and representatives from EMBs to discuss electoral processes
and their global significance.
