70 Years of Indian Years of Indian

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Constitution
                                                                        Constitution

While media has made changes in
that diversity is also intensified by some, through media, print
and visual. While freedom of speech and expression is a the society, in many Countries in the
fundamental right, media should not breach social, cultural,
religious and other constitutional rights. world, one cannot forget the fact that
diversity is also intensified by some,
By a “Welfare State”, I beckon a land wherein, there exists
internal peace and order, a State efficiently safeguarding its through media, print and visual.
territory against external aggression, a State catering to the
social, educational, religious, economic and other needs of the
every citizen to achieve what we have resolved to ourselves,
citizens. I envision India as a “Welfare State”, upholding the
Justice, social, economic and political; LIBERTY of thought,
Constitutional values, safeguarding the fundamental rights of
expression, belief, faith and worship; EQUALITY of status and
citizens, and the citizens abiding their obligation to the State, by
of opportunity; and to promote among them all, FRATERNITY
discharging their fundamental duties, in the right perspective.
assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity
Enforcement of the fundamental rights in Part III, governance
of the Nation. Let our nation bloom to be a “developed” one in
of the State through the Directive Principles of the State Policy
the near future, with the cherished goal of a “Welfare State”,

fulfilling the dreams of the framers of our Constitution, as
the constitution, blend of all the above, should be the desire of
                                                                                    enshrined in the PREAMBLE.
