In the general elections 2019, the largest electorate size was recorded in the state of Uttar
Pradesh which was 14,61,34,603. It was followed by Maharashtra which had 8,86,76,946. Bihar
had electorate size of 7,12,16,290, West Bengal had 7,00,0,12,84 and Tamil Nadu had
5,99,41,832.
The smallest size of electorate in general elections 2019 was recorded in the union territory of
Lakshadweep, which was 55,189. Daman & Diu had electorate size of 1,21,740; Dadra &
Nagar Haveli had 2,50,029; Andaman & Nicobar islands had 3,18,471 and Sikkim had 4,34,128.
