TV is a groundbreaking initiative, offering real-time trends and results. It surpasses the periodic

updates on the ECI website by providing live counting data from Returning Officers. Configurable
and customizable auto-scroll panels make this data accessible in public places, marking a

significant shift in transparent and timely election result dissemination.

ii. ePlan - Election Planning Portal: Managing the Gargantuan Task

Conducting elections in the world's largest democracy necessitates meticulous planning. The
Election Planning Portal, accessible to CEOs of all States and Union Territories, streamlines

various election-related activities. With modules like Vacancy Management, Election Scheduler,
and Security Management, this portal offers an informative dashboard and auto-alerts,
strengthening the overall election management process.

The Security Management Module facilitates force assessment, centralized monitoring of ex-
gratia cases, submission of automated Law & Order Reports, and monitoring of electoral
offences, enhancing security measures during elections.
