Simplified Shifting: The provision for application for shifting from one constituency to another in Form 6 has been
refined, simplifying the process for voters.

Inclusivity for Third Gender Voters: Details of Legal Guardian for orphan voters and Guru for Third Gender voters
can now be provided under the section detailing relatives, promoting inclusivity in electoral representation.

PwD Electors: The introduction of optional mention of the percentage of disability along with the certificate for
Persons with Disabilities (PwD) enhances the precision of electoral data.

Streamlined Objection Process: Form 7, used for objections to proposed inclusion/deletion of names in the
existing electoral roll, has been modified to include a provision for attaching a death certificate, making the
                objection process more robust.

Revised Transposition Process: The existing Form 8A for transposition of entry within the same constituency has
been discontinued. Voters can now use Form 8 for shifting residences, correcting entries, replacing EPIC, and
                 marking a person with disability.

Aadhaar Authentication: A new Form 6B has been introduced to collect Aadhaar numbers of existing electors,
aligning with the RER, 1960, to authenticate entries in the electoral rolls. Additionally, in all modified forms
(except Form 7), a voluntary provision has been included for electors to provide Aadhaar details.
